Crab Cakes $26
2 Maryland style lump crab cakes are served with a summer succotash (sauteed corn, bell pepper, white beans, & tomato) and a side of Colorado remoulade sauce (a little spicy with green chiles). A hearty portion that will feed one person generously or two people as a lighter meal.

NM enchiladas $22-$24
Blue corn tortillas are layered with seasoned ground beef (or sub pinto beans for my veg heads), shredded cheddar, mild red chili sauce and baked to perfection. Served with a small romaine, avocado and red onion salad and cilantro-lime dressing on the side. A hearty portion that will feed one person generously or two people as a lighter meal.

Thai salad bowl $18
A seasoned brown rice base is topped with freshly chopped purple cabbage, shaved carrots, snap peas, and grilled chicken (or crispy tofu for my veg heads). Served with a side of peanut sauce or sesame-lime dressing on the side. Perfect for lunch! For those with a nut allergy, the sesame-lime dressing is a tasty substitute.

Kids Sloppy Joes $10
Ground beef is cooked in a kid friendly sauce and served with two King’s Hawaiian buns and a side of sauteed snap peas.
